This document regulates the general terms and conditions (hereinafter “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through the website www.marketplace-ai.ai (hereinafter “WEBSITE”), owned by MARKETPLACE AI, S.A.S. DE C.V. (hereinafter “OWNER”), located in Mexico City at Calle Monte Elbruz 132, 7th floor, office 701, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec III section, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, Postal Code 11000.
